Help with nihlus

I'm not sure if anyone else has ran into this or if it's a glitch or what but I have purchased nihlus 3 different times with crystals and received 5 shards each time... I no they r luck of the draw but thats some very bad luck and over 3k crystals for not a single upgrade

this is WAI. it is no glitch. just the same RNG as everyone else. nothing the dev's are gonna do about it.
