Building an early zaul team

Im close to getting my first set of zetas and am planning on putting them on maul and making a sith team. Obviously zaul teams are best when the other sith (savage/sidious/dooku/etc) have zetas, but are any of them viable without zetas while i farm more? Also if I had to choose between sidious and savage, who should I pick?

Savage is a must and your 2nd zeta will be best in his pocket. I'd recommend going for the team you want rather than going for the best 5 sith.

This is my sith squad that I absolutely love. Its very fun and I enjoy using every character. All sabers bro!!:) have fun
All useable without zeta. Dooku isn't that great without it, but great under Nihilus lead and his recant buff let's him AB/stun with his basic against anybody! And now his special shocks and can stun a secondary enemy!!

Savage is a must in the team once he has Zeta, before that I haven't used him but I guess he could still do well. Nihilus is great under Zaul and doesn't need the Zeta until you want to one-shoot enemies with your Assassin.

EP is very good under Zaul and has no Zeta, don't have much experience with Sidious and Dooku but I'd say they work but are better with Nihilus leading them. Vader imo is only really useful when he's leading or going behind EP lead. Trooper is one of my favourites and if maxed and modded right is a brick wall protecting those squishies while they make mash out of the opponent.
