Duplicate Darth Maul

Hello,

I had Darth Maul in my pack twice which i already had a 4 star of it was showing as a 5 star but now it appears hes just a 4* again with 64 shards can anyone explain?

Packs are able to give 5*??? Quite a surprise.

On topic, any further draws of the same character rewards you with a depreciated value of shards. Basically what you just experienced. If you have a 3* maul and get a 3* maul, you would not get enough shards to justify a 3* maul conversion to shards. It's the game's poorer character to shard conversion exchange rate.

But for your situation I believe it is rather unfair to at least not switch your maul to the higher grade you obtained and convert the 4* to shards for your 5* grade.

Yeah it was confusing because I already had a Maul 4* and in the pack I opened today were two Mauls the first one got me on 64 shards and the second Maul got the 4* Maul to a 5* because I already had 64 shards on him ..
