@SithlordGamble Are you requiring 600/600 raid ticket contribution? I do play daily but don't always get the full 600. My current guild seems to be going in the direction of enforcing this requirement. So before I leave to join another more chilled guild I gotta know the answer to this question.

It's not mandatory per se ... things happen.
But we do ask that an honest effort is atleast made. I'm not going to boot you if you're not pulling in 600 everyday if that's what you mean.

Just do what you can do and make an honest contribution.
Thanks that is good to know. My current guild just finished a heroic raid in 18 minutes. Most members didn't get to play. Would I experience something similar in your guild?

I have a 24-0 rule.
So if your guild has a similar rule and you're referring to the 2nd day of attack that this happens ... then yes you will. That's the whole point.
If this is happening to you as soon as the raid is started, then no; Your guild isn't doing it right. You'll be on the board and will get some rewards in my guild.
Just want to say, I'm very happy with the guild. I've already learned a few things and it seems like a good mix of veterans and people looking to grow.

What didn't you like about the guilds you were in and what are you doing differently
Lots of inactivity, Bad leaders. (Power happy, Disrespectful to others, would boot people for the silliest things ... etc).
What I do differently is treat people with respect.
I value loyalty in my guilds. Being a team. Helping one another. Growing together as a group. Having fun!
I've wasted almost 2 years in bad guilds and nothing to show for my efforts. I've just reached the point where I decided to build my own guild and actually have the power to control how it's ran and make it an enjoyable experience.
As you already seen, and others say the same ... this is just a good guild, with good people who just want to enjoy the game and get something out of it for their efforts.
