Active guild looking for Heroic Tank members

Dem Boyz is an active, fun and crazy guild searching to add some members to help complete HAAT raids. We are currently able to complete half of P2 and are grinding to complete the raid. We clear heroic rancor raids 2-3 times a week. We run the raids on phase groups based on members strengths.
We only have two hard rules: raid in your assigned group unless talking to an officer first and don't do more than 5k damage in the raids prephase. Other than that, we are very laid back. The core group has been together and have discussions often on guild improvement. We are open to input from all guildies and want to grow as guild, not just as individual members. We use the LINE app to chat outside of the game, this is a necessity if you are able to download it, as we do a LOT of out of game chatting. We also have members spread out across the globe, so this helps keep everyone up to speed.
We would prefer level 85 members w/ some raid ready squads (jawas,jedi,Zader, zylo, chirpatine,teebotine,etc...) but are willing to work with any active members that are willing to be a guild asset.
