The value for any randomized pack is directly proportional to how many of the options you would be happy to receive. If you're OK with literally anything the pack offers, it's a good deal. If there's only a small subset of the possible items that you actually care about, you're better off waiting for them to show up in Shipments.
Any pack where you don't know exactly what you are getting will never, ever be a value.

The odds are NOT even so if you see 5 things it's not 20% chance at each, it's more like 90% the most undesirable and 1% the most wanted so you buy more for that "chance". It's just their business model but it's sleazy IMHO.
