Sabine's second special doesn't have an Omega

I assume there will be one added, soon, possibly a zeta. My quesiton is are there any other characters that are without omegas still?

There are some skills still that don't have omegas. Normally they are leader skills or uniques thou

There are a lot who cap at level 7 for one ability, which will become a level 8 Zeta in a future update.
