Zam's Detonating Shot
I have detonated Thermals with a miss and not detonated them on a hit. It's rare but it happens (like today hit with the attack, no boom). Is this a bug or is this WaI?
P.S. I know BH aren't arena meta I don't run them there cept Boba. And thanks for you input.
