Any ideas for a team or phase where he can fit? Thanks in advance.

P4 he goes alright with rebels. Clearing the dots so the others last longer, and stopping the exposes. He is a bit too squishy though, so can be susceptible.

Maybe wiggs, lando, phasma and Rex?
