HAAT Princess Zody tenacity question

Has anyone used a speedy tenacity buildout on Leia to enhance her survivability? I'm wondering how high her tenacity needs to be to resist at least some of the DOTs.

Any info would be great.

I can get her to 255 speed and 75% tenacity, but only 16.4k health.
