B2 unique bugged - gains tm with no reason

It seems to me that B2 unique has a bug. Just encountered something very weird in my arena: I had zaul team with b2 against me. So palp used his AOE stun and just after I saw green line above b2 that his unique procs, he gained 100% tm and used his AOE dispel. However there was not a single attack or counter from my jedi team on enemy team. Has anyone seen it?

Read B2's unique.

Palp's stun does damage. So it can proc his unique. Same if someone evaded.

Wait, it procs when B2's ally evades? Or when I will evade and attack of B2's ally?

if your leader is qui gon jin with the zeta ability B2 gained turn meter from his ally being evaded

Ah, I think I undestand now. So when all my team evaded palp's AOE B2 got his tm... ****, that is no good

When you hit a B2 ally he can gain TM.

When you dodge a B2 ally he can gain Tm

this which means a zQGJ=100% chance B2 goes next
