Tried EA CS, now hoping for a hero!
I am hoping there is hero here! A hero that can help me figure out how to get 9000 shard shop currency that was spent on Director Krennic when I was actually trying to buy Deathtrooper shards. I would really like to return the 45 shards for Krennic for a refund of the 9000 shard shop currency but EA Customer support was no help, claiming that they technically cannot send any in game currency or pull the shards from krennic. Is there someone with a heart that can help?? I spent 5M credits to level characters to 7 stars that I didn't need to 4K GW currency and 15k Cantina battles currency to get shards to turn in to shard shop currency for Deathtrooper. PLEASE??
