I agree. If you really want guilds to work together, it would be far better if the system doesn't punish 45+ members of a few are on vacation, busy, or have real life going on.

Also, make coordinating a guild a little easier on the guild leaders by fixing the counter. This is fairly simple stuff that should have been taken care of months ago.
