Sith Assassin and TM

I can't get my head around this. I've gimped my team speed to deal with the influx of Rex leads and left with trying to make maul go second after Sith Assassin.

zMaul 180 speed (225)
S.A. 245 speed (306)
zSavage 175 (219)
DN 178 (222)
Sith Trooper 105 (131)

I've bracketed my understanding of their effective starting speed under zMaul. What I can't understand is that with the 36% push from S.A. maul should reach where S.A. was in regards to turn meter. DN should be just short and such savage should be just below DN but this is not the case. Savage is normally going second or DN some times. I've further gimped them both to 170 and it's still the same. What am I missing?

With 36% tm gain at the same time, savage, nihilus and maul all 3 reach full tm, it's a toss then. You want them below 129 so you can set the turn order, which is what they called turtle speed.

Assuming that you have Omega S.A. then the total TM push that your other Sith receives is 20%+36% for a total of 56%.

Your Savage instead of 175/0.8=219 will become 175/0.44=398 starting speed (Or basically 100% TM after the TM push from SA). Only your Sith Trooper will not be hitting 100% TM.

It would have been easier to manipulate turn order if you had NOT omega SA actually.

Dang, I though 306 would be the defining number of the 100% TM and thought the math would of been:

    zMaul 225x1.36=306 (100%)
    DN 222×1.36=301 (98%)
    Savage 219x1.36=298 (97%)

If you understand why 20% TM equates Speed x 1.25,
why would you think that 36% TM equates to Speed x 1.36?

Because the match has already begun. 100% TM defined already. I guess I didn't fully understand
