Heroic Rancor Score Did Not Post

I just solo'ed the heroic rancor for the first time ever, when the rancor died my screen went black and all that showed was the rancor breathing heavily with my Vader and Sidious standing there. I restarted the game and my only score that posted was my 0 from earlier. NOT a happy camper after a 30 minute battle to have my game glitch!!
