Why are ship omega materials behind a paywall when it clearly states they should be given out as apart of the daily rewards? Has anybody else noticed this?

If you look at the screenshots posted ship omega materials are currently locked behind a $13.99 door when
it states they're available from daily activities rewards, but they aren't available from daily activities currently and haven't been since the materials were released. So it's a tad deceptive.
