How do I beat this team?

Guy uses Rex (L), Zylo, Nihilus with zeta unique, and chaze. All 7* g11. 50k power.

I was running Rex (L), GK, Nihilus with zeta unique and chaze. All my speed mods are significantly better but I've lost to him 3 times in a row.

Don't AOE. I don't use Chaze, do you have any ability block? You'll.l need tons of speed on DN otherwise.

Yeah I've got a maxed boba. I run Nihilus at 225 speed normally but I've been switching around mods to try new things out

zPhasma, FOO, zFOTP, zFOST, Boba Fett are my go-to against that team. But if their Nihilus is too fast, I lose.

Ha, that's the team I run. There's a triple zeta Zaul team with Zavage and Zylo that can occasionally beat my squad. Triple zeta Rogue one team has done it too.

I can beat it most consistently with zMaul, EP, Boba, Vader and DN. There's just one catch - Maul must go first and land Daze on at least all of the cleansers, preferably DN as well so he doesn't gain TM from Rex lead and immediately ability block everyone. When that happens, it's an absolutely dominating win, with everyone still having protection left over.

Another team/strategy that works is this:

zMaul, zSid, zSavage, zDooku, DN

Start with single target debuff attacks to trigger cleanses, then focus down GK followed by Rex, DN then Chaze.

Should be pretty easy honestly...

You can auto pretty much anything with a solid Nihilus led team

I'd love to try it, don't have a zeta on DN lead yet, and to optimize it I'd need to swap out the useless set bonuses of CC/CD mods. Do you have a video of it? I'd love to see it in action against triple cleanse.

Good advice from @vynn OP. As you can see is a very good counter when you have Maul going first with Daze. Also throwing Boba in the mix to Execute Chirrut.

This. Nihlus lead is extremely underrated. I don't have the zeta on savage yet and my rex friends have a lot of trouble with my team

Here's a video of DN lead beating Triple Cleanse. It's important to note there isn't a zeta on either DN lead or Dooku. Also, I still have some useless set bonuses from CC/CD mods, so more optimization could be done there. Still able to win with it though.

DN lead doesn't need a zeta - @Smapty is giving gold here. I run a DN lead (no zeta), with Dooku and zSO vs. cleanse teams and it's a curb stomp. I run vs. 3x cleanse (including GK) trooper and SA - but since you're not facing GK, you can include zKylo in that team instead of trooper - so run DN lead, zKylo, SA, Dooku, and zSO (actually a non-zeta SO still works well). Dooku under DN is insane and will shred that comp. Get him good prot primaries though and some offense mods with health - the more speed the better. He can 1 v 3 opponent, but you won't need him to do that here.

With your team you should be able to beat him, but ideally you want GK in over boba. I see you've got GK at g9 5*. Get him to g10, and sub him in for boba and you should have no problems whatsoever.

Thanks for all the help guys! Subbed in boba and had no issues at all. I'm working on GK and I'll have him at 10 after today hopefully
