Put a conformation button for crystal purchases over 300 crystals

Bought an elite combat pack as a person who has spent 10$ on this game. Why would I purchase one for the almost garanteed 5 shards as a person who spends little money. Contacted support immediately and they gave me 50 crystals.....Really disappointing. I was spending my saved crystals + purchased crystals on Baze Malbus. Save up 3500 crystals....not a small feat. I'm really disappointed in support. At least make it an option to refund crystal packs maybe 1-2 times an account or year for mistakes. we aren't perfect. Or even better, have a conformation screen with a button on the other side for these purchases.
