Why doesn't Vader/Anakin have a unique?

So yeah why? One of the most important characters in SW and he hasn't got a unique, how come? Would it even improve them dramatically?

He has a synergy with Ahsoka, and he counters on an allies defeat or reduction of health by 50%. These are both automatic and require nothing from us. I have a feeling you either haven't levelled him or you have not unlocked him. He is a bad bad man
