How to know who will get Zeta Skills
Zetas r skill lvl 8 abilities. When u look at 1 of your toons, if they have a skill that has maxed at lvl 7, u can expect that skill to receive a zeta in the future.
If a skill is already lvl 8, u can expect it will not receive a zeta ability.
