Rey + Ackbar (Help Please!)

I have been farming Rey and Ackbar. I thought I could use tactical genius and then the tactical advantage buff would allow Rey's leverage to give her offense up and then immediately use her flurry of blows. It works except the tactical advantage buff does not count as a buff for some reason. I'm assuming that isn't a bug. Do you still think Rey + Ackbar is viable? If so, what other players would pair well with this duo? Thanks!

Your best bet is probably Wedge, Biggs, Leia, Ackbar, and Rey, if you're looking for that sort of synergy. (Both Biggs and Leia can buff teammates randomly). Should work pretty well.

Dooku_for_days

Rey died out at the end of last summer... there are now much better attackers. Ackbar has never been good for arena; he's only useful for his ship. They are no longer viable.

@Dooku_for_days I wouldn't count Rey out yet, not with Ep VIII on the horizon.

Ackbar ... meh, kind of agree with you there about the arena, but arena isn't the only game in town. Cleansers like him are useful in most game modes. And who knows what will happen when the zeta train hits all the old rebel toons.
