Dooku shock through foresight.

Since his rework dooku force lightning applies his shock through foresight. No damage gets through, just the shocked debuff. It's been an issue since the rework but I don't think it's being reported.

Whether they intend to do anything about it is a different story.

Well it couldn't be an issue before the rework because he didn't apply shock before.
