Also is akbar the best lead or will Luke's tenacity be better?

Im going to be working on it myself but I would guess you want Ackbar so you can hit as much as possible before you get megastunned.

I have unlocked EP with AA lider, Hoth Scout, Biggs, Lando, SThan all level 79, g7 or g8. AA was a good lider for me.
