Bought a significant number of Crystals and then didn't get my shards.

So definitely annoyed right now, I decided to buy several large packs of Crystals and used the majority of them on Chromium Card Packs. Now it's my money, I decide to spend it fine. What **** me off is there were several times now when I opened the cards and got shards and then when I left that screen and went to my character list, they weren't there or at least all of them weren't multiple times with multiple characters. I spent over an hour on the phone with EA support getting shuttled between multiple departments with zero luck, nobody seemed capable of supporting their own game or even understanding the problem (I got told several things that made no sense to the issue). Look, I decided to spend the money, but I also expect to get what I paid for, when I spend a not insignificant amount of money on something you better at the very least have a record or log of what I was supposed to get.
