What determines the speed of ships? Mine seem to be going slow lately

I don't know if one thing just increases speed stats, but ship stats are increased by

Level of ship
Ship Stars
Pilot's Level
Pilot's Gear
Pilot's ability levels
Pilot's Mod level (level 15 MK5 in all slots being the best, individual mod stats are irrelevant)
Pilot's Star level
