Evasion Up for Zeta Maul needs tuning

So, after an enemy all-sith team dodging 8 straight attacks, and 11 of 12, I just about had it. His evasion up is supposed to be 20%. It doesn't take a mathematician to tell you that 11 of 12 is a bit off from 20%, let alone 8/8. Now, this was an extreme case, as it isn't always that bad. But it is routinely at least 50% dodge. My guildmates report similar numbers.
Enter R2D2, who provides 10% accuracy to all teammates while he is alive. You would think Zaul's team would not dodge so frequently, right? Wrong. First battle, 4 out of 7 dodges (57%). Second battle 8 out of 13 dodges (61%).
Please fix Zaul's leader ability to more appropriately dodge attacks. There is an issue with the mass movement to Zaul leads in arena, and I am guessing R2D2's unique was aimed at addressing that, but it will only work if Zaul's evasion % is corrected to what it is supposed to be.
