Palpatine under Nihilus Lead

When using Emperor Palpatine under a Darth Nihilus lead, I noticed that he can still score critical hits with his AOE. Please fix this since it can be very counterproductive when fighting teams with General Kenobi or Rex as a leader.

I also noticed that Palpatine under a Nihilus lead can use his Let the Hate Flow skill to heal himself. Nihilus lead should only permit healing through health steal.

Palpatine has some bugs... I've only seen his crits off his basic... Which suck.
