Another TFP Bug Offense up not buffing him at all
So TFP does not gain anything when he gains Offense up just like IG-88 wasn't pre patch.... IG-88 was fixed but not TFP? I'm guessing it is the interaction with his unique DMG buff. as when there are debuffed enemies he gains 0 more dmg when he gains offense up. @CG_Kozispoon @EA_MindTricks
