Assault battle military might tier 2 doesnt allow 4* and below toons

While tier 1 allows toons of all stars, tier 2 only allows toons that are 5* and above

Yup. And you can't use 6* toons in heroic raids.

no other assault battles have star restrictions on any tier
military might didnt have star restrictions last time it came
