Time fix

Hey guys, since my country moved to summer clock, my refreshes are at 13:00, 19:00, 22:00... Very annoying and I rather the 12:00, 18:00, 21:00.
How do I fix this, or who I should approach?

It'll fix when you change your clock back in Autumn.

There is no fix for this. The game doesn't follow any sort of DST. So when countries do this, it is what it is. The game clock stays the same all year round.
