Tarkin Assumption

Looking at some of the threads about the Tarkin rework, it appears as if the assumption is that the bonus offense for the AoE is going to be a %. But there are two types of offense bonuses in the game: % offense up (like offense up bonus, which is 50%) or a number offense up, like you see on mods (e.g., 30 offense up).

So, Tarkin could stack potency until he has, say 250 potency. Then the AoE will have 2x that potency as additional offense. So, is that 500 bonus offense, or 500% bonus offense? People have been assuming the latter. The latter is a huge BOOM, the former a tiny splash (the 500 will get multiplied by the ability multiplier, but still not a huge bonus at all)

Do we know for sure that it will be an offense % increase?

The wording is very similar to sidious sadistic glee "gains Max Health equal to Potency percentage" so i also assume the latter, % offense up.
