Offense up not stacking in pit raid

I've just noticed in the raid as it's obvious... Not sure if it happens on other instances as well.
Baaically Ventress'rampage gives offense +50% n impaling the rancor bonus #2 also gives another +50%. But i dont see a difference in damage she dealt between normally and on impaled rancor.

Did each of your team have more than 50% Health?

Yes, and it was definitely active, because I even double check the icon above her head to make sure that it's indeed +50% offense, and she got her rampage bonus as well. but she just did her normal rampage damage to rancor.
