Phasma Leader Ability on a random assist?

For those characters that have have a random assist ability will Phasma's leader ability have a chance to call in an ally on both attacks? Or is it just the first?

Example: Qui-Gon Jinn uses Harmonious Assault that calls in a random assist. Will both attacks have a chance to call in another assist with Phasma's leader ability?

Is there a slim chance that there could be 4 total attacks in a turn?

I've only ever seen Phasma's leader skill proc on the first attack, Qui-Gon's in your example. I also run Dooku, and have only seen his second attack proc it when the first one missed.

I think I have seen it proc when Dooku assists, on his bonus attack. Not sure if his main attack missed. I may be mistaken or it may be a bug.
