New account with old purchases

Hey guys, I got the following problem:
I connected my account with Facebook and purchased some packs like the starter pack and another one I guess.
Well, I did some strategically mistakes and I want to start a new game to don't do the same mistakes again. Now my question: is there ANY way to restart the game and transfer my 'old' purchases to this restarted account? The support didn't had any 100% clear answer for me and I was referred to this forum.
It would be very nice not to lose the money I invested only for restarting the game.
