Hmm. Could you try getting it with ten down already applied? It might be then ten down making it go through because it makes debuffs irresistible.

That was hard enough to set up the second time. But if damage is evaded all debuffs dispel tmr is also supposed to be evaded. Unresistable is not supposed to mean unavoidable.
