Hello there!
Our guild, Hounds of the Baskiville, is around a year old and we just dumped a bunch of inactive players so we can get some fresh blood in and maybe earn some HS/GK shards. Last time we attempted the pitt raid on heroic we got to about 3/4 complete.
We use a Facebook group to communicate, as well as having a pretty active guild chat. We are very easy-going and laid back, our only requirement is that new members have a few 7* characters to make a bit of a contribution in heroic raids and that you are active every day.
