I agree, don't care about a guildie is pulling another worthless quality A or B mod, I kinda miss seeing them staring up toons though, and I wish that there was a message when raid finalizing starts

at the very least have the guild leader be able to toggle notices

You can toggle your own notices, but it's all or none.
