Biggs X-Wing and Tie Advanced combo bug

Everytime Tie Advanced shoots, Biggs X-Wing recharges protection, even when the target is already locked. Description says that Biggs gains protection when an enemy is locked not every time a lock is refreshed, besides it only happens with Tie Advanced.

When tie advanced shoots his basic, he reinflicts target lock, not refreshing it. The same works for all ships that inflict target lock. If the target is locked, it can still be re inflicted. The same goes for characters re inflicting debuffs

Send works for any character or ship that gets something to happen when a buff or a debuff occurs. If the buff or debuff is "refreshed" the character gets the benefit.
