Can't access Dark Side Battle 9 (Normal)?

I've completed and 3* all DS stage 8 both Normal and Hard. but still can't access DS Normal Stage 9....is this a bug?

What level are you? (There's a level requirement as well as the requirement to beating Stage 8)

Although I haven't beaten all Light Side Stage 9 Hard mode (have 3* all the normal ones), but I don't think it matters? I just need the DS Normal to farm for some gears

That's weird, you should be able to access it. Have you tried restarting the game and all that jazz that people always tell you to do when something isn't working?

Make sure your on normal page not hard , . And try redoing the last stage eight battle, that might work, I heard of a few folks that had to redo it after the last update
