Can't upgrade skills past 3 (lvl 50 and sufficient materials)

After this recent update, I now have an issue with upgrading the skills on my champions.

I have a level 50 Dooku that was capable of upgrading basic attack to level 4 yesterday (when I had enough materials). Today when I try, the Upgrade button is greyed out. I meet the level requirements and clearly have enough materials.

Are you sure you have enough mats? Have you scrolled down the materials list to check?

Same for me with Luminara. The leader skill will not upgrade past 3. And I do have the materials and levels and gear level.

First I have heard of this, thanks for pointing out everyone, adding it to my list to report. If you could, please upload a screenshot of what you are seeing when trying to upgrade. You should be able to attach it to a reply here.

I have some problems. And I wrote to tech support yesterday , but I was ignored. And without leadership abilities I do not see the point of this character. And with such problems and a technical support , I do not see the point in the game. Your technical support just went and closed the letter , without answering . although I added screenshots and a detailed description of the problem. it's outrageous. if this goes on , I never again will put a dime in the game of your company.

Same issue for me as well. I have talked to and emailed tech support at least 5x and had to explain to at least 5 different people. All of my mains are unable to upgrade ability. Yes i have enough materials, am appropriate level, and jave enough cash. Each time tech support blows me off and tells me to put it on the forum. So, i create this account just to pass on my frustration to you Jesse as your tech support is nothing but a call center. Thanks for listening.

I have the same issue. I had skills that were able to be upgraded and was just waiting on materials. Now I have more than enough materials but no longer have the option to upgrade past level 3 for any of the skills.

Are you sure you have the requires materials? The screen shot shows only the first two types. To upgrade past level 3 you need the purple ability tokens. This might be your problem.

This problem was solved, I scrolled down and saw that i needed a 3rd resource

I really enrage people like you. Do you consider yourself the most intelligent ? And I'm here most stupid , huh? The problem I have , like many . Resources lacking. Support for 3 days did not answer. As administrators of this forum. Disgusting . Why did I just put the money in this game ...

The UI is poorly designed here as you have to scroll down to see the 3rd required resource. For a while I was wondering, where are my tier 3 ability mats going? I had tons! Then I finally figured out you had to scroll down...baaaaad UI design! Please fix

This was a thorn in my side for a bit in the beginning when I was learning the game. It should have been setup more simply then it is....

This is a display issue where it is not showing the level requirement. The team is aware of this and are working on a fix.

EDIT: with that said though, I'll still bring this up for those of you that are not able to upgrade past level 3 if you are level 50.
