Hey so guildies wanted me to start heroic rancor and we need some help we are just before phase 4 can someone be our hero and take him down guild name is Company of Thieves Please Help Us your our only hope!

Cant be done. New members to a guild cant join active raids since an update a couple months ago. They can only join raids that are started when they already member of guild.

you can't merc anymore. New guild members can't join a raid in progress when they join the guild.

You need tactics for heroic, certainly for first few goes anyway.
we failed first 2 attempts by about 30% on phase 4. Now we completing in under 12 hours of raid being open.
Had to introduce 24 0 damage so everyone can get rewards.
My tactics that helped are:
1 - Teebo or huge tm reduction teams for phase 1
2 - Phase 2 and 3 one team each per phase so door shut is activated.
3 - Phase 4 free for all
4 - report when 20% left on phase 1-3 so no wasted damage.
