Bug: Daily challenges never result in max rewards

The Quality of Life update increased the rewards for the daily challenges, but it has been months now and I've never received the max rewards for a number of the secondary rewards. Instead, I always get the old max rewards of 4 or 5. For example, the Mk3 Carbanti gear is supposed to go up to a max of 7 (I think), but I only ever see 4 or 5 at most.

Anyone else notice this?

@EA_MindTricks @CG_Kozispoon can you please look into this? I've since confirmed that some of the rewards are supposed to max out at 7 and 9. For example, the MK3 Carbanti max out at 7, but I've never seen more than 5, which is the old max.
