Mods for Thrawn?

I really like a ton of speed on him. Unfortunately, high speed works to my disadvantage until I add his unique Zeta. Once the target that is fractured is loosing the 15% TM, as well, it will be hard to argue that speed for Thrawn is king.

Right. First instinct was speed. He's sitting at 150 I think with no mods,but I don't want that to hurt his specials.
