There are 3 locations from where we can get Darth Vader shards:
1. Achievements
Easiest and more secure way!
Do not try to follow this to get Darth Vader shards. Just play and in time you will get more achievements and so more Darth Vader shards

2. Fleet Store
Good chances to get shards!
Refresh time (on your local hours)
- 12:00
- 18:00
- 21:00
* Manually Refresh cost 50 Crystals

3. Shard Shop
Slim chances!
Refresh time (on your local hours)
- 24:00
* Manually Refresh cost 100 Crystals
