Phasma modding
I've been playing FO for a while and have a question about modding Phasma. What mods do you use to maximize her in your team? Right now I have her modded with speed and potency. She's sitting at 205 speed with 2069 physical damage. Does a faster Phasma work better for you or would you suggest I focus more on offense or crit damage?
