QGJ not providing offense up

Multiple times I've dispelled a buff off of an enemy an not received offense up for my team.

Same I came on this thread to post specifically this issue. It happened right before the update too. So idk why it isn't triggering anymore. My ability level is 6 for the special and he is at @5* and lvl 68.

I haven't had an issue. QGJ is removing Poe taunt and granting offense up as intended.

moongod , every 15-20 tries you will see the bug.

yeah I've noticed it a handful of times where he strips a buff DOES NOT kill the enemy and DOES NOT provide the offense up buff. Often times I have debuffs on my characters so not sure if this has anything to do with it?
