You can "get lucky" or "manipulate the fight" (depending on how you perceive it) so that he will fracture right off the bat...

He uses fracture first if the enemy has a pre-taunt/buff before his turn (and he's not the lead). The dispel aspect takes priority I believe

Yeah he should be...

If you run Shore instead of Snow then he immediately goes again and reduces TM and ability blocks on crits (mod him for crit chance)

Also a solid team...
