[BUG?] Thrawn Unique Zeta: Turn Meter Reduction is Resistable. Intended?

Enemies can resist TMR (Turn Meter Reduction) while Fractured. Is this intentional?! Plenty of evidence in video below. Thanks for your feedback in advance!

Exactly. It also doesn't say irresistible for Thrawn, and I've never seen him resist it. So we need to know if this was intentional or not that the enemy can. @crzydroid

I'm honrstly not sure what to expect about Thrawn himself. Typically, toons do not debuff allies. Aside from Thrawn's swapping power, the only ability I can think of where you take tm away from an ally is in the Separtist Ground War event. It doesn't say unresistable in the mechanics in regards to Thrawn, but it might still be passing a potency/tenacity check since he's an ally.

What happens if he has tenacity up when you try it?

Well kylo debuffs himself no matter if he has tenacity up so thrawn should remove tm from himself without getting resisted
