The Falcon Shoots First!

Don't get me wrong, I SERIOUSLY hope this was intentional, but the Falcon now goes first. Always. Every match, any combination of ships.

This makes the Falcon a truly useful ship! I really hope it's NOT a bug, but I haven't seen it reported anywhere as a rework.

If it IS a bug, please consider leaving it in - the most expensive ship/thing in the game is useless (too slow) without something just like this!

I'm using the Falcon under Mace, by the way, I haven't tested it with other capital ships yet.
