    Meds

    Auto spell correction for mods

    My toons need stronger meds!!!!!

Okay its not an acronym but worth honorable mention :p
  • Danger Zone = Original name for Biggs and Wedge
  • Devs= developers of game.
Mods- not in game but on forum = moderators
  • PITA = Pain In The *** - used to describe anything that makes you lose your sanity i.e. Galactic war, chaze etc.

OP = Over Powered - used to describe any toon*, faction, synergy or strategy that a certain player can't beat easily or refuses to use the counter to at any given time. Example, "Zylo* is way too OP because he beat me 3v1 against toons without healing immunity".

*See descriptions in the post below
Any toon with one letter in its name replaced with a Z refers to it having an ability with a Zeta equipped. For example, Zylo = Kylo Ren with a Zeta.

Also, the word "toon" refers to any ingame character.

  • Chirpatine- Chief Cirpa+Palpatine, mostly for 3 NAAT or HAAT.
Palpafighter- Emperor Palpatine+First Order Pilot, mostly for NAAT or HAAT.
    NAAT- Normal AAT Raid
    HAAT- Heroic AAT Raid
    1...2...3! You're dead!

Well an acronym is an abbreviation that spells a word. SInce most of these don't form a word, and a fair amount are more like contractions than abbreviations, I am also going to treat this as a general terminology thread. So here's my contributions:

Cleanse: an ability or effect that removes negative status effects (red boxes, also called debuffs(noun))
Buff Wipe: an ability or effect that removes positive status effects (green boxes, also called buffs(noun))
Dispel: an ability or effect that removes both positive and negative status effects.

Buff (verb): Place a positive status effect.
Debuff (verb): Place a negative status effect. It does not mean to remove a buff. De-Buff would mean to remove a buff but is similar enough that we have the term buff wipe to avoid confusion.

I would have limited it to two, but they are all kind of interconnected...
